Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@unfoldstore.com within the 14-day period. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

How to Ship the Return
Pack your item securely, including the original packaging if possible, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
